    Photographer struggles with dog

I was taking photographs on a beach when a stray dog came up and insisted I throw a stick for him. He followed us around like we owned him until we went back to our car when he went racing off to adopt another poor unsuspecting beach walker.

It is a bit tricky operating a zoom lens with one hand when a dog is tugging at you.

    Comments welcome.

Animals never cooperate when you are trying to photograph them. Once when I was at a zoo, a bear kept hiding his face whenever I lifted the camera to my face.

Thanks Greg from Australia, Greg from Tasmania and John. It was very much a grab shot with a 24-120mm at 24mm f9 1/250. Only snapped the one as I did not think it would work and I was not going to let the dog get my stick.

Sorry about the bear - I seem to get my daughters poking their tongues at me when I point a camera at them.
