Looks like a nice city. A more interesting sky might make a reshoot worthwhile. If you have a panorama mode in your camera or software for stitching, that might be interesting also. Would definitely get the time and date off - it will be a significant distraction to every image you make. I've never understood why these programs place them on the image-far better to have it print on the back if at all.

Possibly cropping a little tighter at the top to reduce the amount of plain blue sky would overcome Kevin's comment about the sky.
Either try a long narrow crop (2 x 1 ratio for instance) or lose a little from the left side.
Some users need a date/time record for specific reasons; but I agree with removing it for general photography.

Data is IN the picture called Exif, so no need to have it on the picture.
Maybe you can make a picture of the old town, or where the desert meets the city.
A concrete building and a couple of palms doesn't say much.
