Preening Swan or "A bit of a Wash & Brushup

This image was made in the afternoon of one of the very few sunny days this year. Does the fact that the swan's tail is just outside the frame and perhaps the reflection of the swan is not quite complete detract from the image? I would welcome your views.

Nicely done, especially sharp around the feet. Were you focusing on the reflection?

I'll say it like I see it, but I accept you'll not agree with me on one point

The name/copyright and over exposure detract more for me than the things you mention Chris.

You only just missed the full reflection, and I know from experience, that changes within tenths of a second with each ripple and is hard to predict.

So little of the tail is missing, it doesn't really impact too much, possibly the thin white border helps this.

    HTH,
