My only concern is that there may be too much banality and not enough sunset. It's one that would require a lot of thought compositionally. I love that tangle of poles and wires just above the closest car. I wonder if you were up closer to that and focusing attention in on them with the sunset behind, would produce a good image?
I think this sums it up well. But it's an interesting idea and worth pursuing in a reshoot. To balance the competing elements, I think the sunset will need to constitute roughly half of the image- this one is just too small and not striking enough. Keep your lookout up and your camera handy!
