    Bottles Of Goodness

OK this isn't about photography other than I took this shot on auto/noflash under LED in our kitchen, but listen if you like Dirty Martinis by any chance, get some olive juice like this, add 6 or 8 cloves chopped garlic, white bottoms of 6-8 green onions sliced long ways, lots of peppercorns and some red pepper flakes, shake it a few times let it set overnight and longer.....
Hey photographers gotta eat too ya know...............

More important, we also have to drink. I'm counting on you providing similar expertise that pertains to my wine habit.

I only wish I could float through the wine racks smiling at this bottle and that but my sensibilities have been elsewhere. I do however know a bit about the kitchen and have been to NYC to cook with Emeril once upon a time, I can usually help with Cajun, Creole and some Italian, but my passion is Louisiana Gulf Coast fresh caught by me seafood that allows me to wake a daybreak gather the jewels and come home to make them the perfect accompaniment for a fine wine of your choice!

If that gorgeous dish is even just a tad bit spicy, as I think it probably is, pair it with Alsatian Pinot Gris, any crisp Pinot Gris made elsewhere, or any Gewurtzraminer, especially if it is made in Alsace.
