That's very nice Donald,
Two things occur to me;
It might be just a tad over exposed, or that might have happened in PP if you applied any Local Contrast Enhancement (LCE).
I would consider a crop to remove the half a black hole on the right (about 6% of width), although this actually makes the falls even more centred - and my initial reason for exploring other crops was to offset them more
So neither point I raise is a biggie by any means - it looks a lovely place to shoot.

Very nice!
I don't think the image is overexposed per se. In stead, I think the tones can be distributed a bit differently. Try applying the Curves tool by dragging the center of the curve down somewhat. I tried it and liked the look a lot.
The cave that Dave mentioned doesn't bother me at all.
