Helpful Posts: I upgraded from an EOS450D to a 60D a week ago, and finally had a chance to "test drive" it yesterday. Both shots are with my 17-85mm USM lens and Polarising filter, the first is a jpeg straight off camera (with a slight crop), whilst the second is a RAW conversion (I shot in jpeg + RAW). It's only my second attempt at RAW conversion, so I've a lot to learn.
f6.3 1/100s ISO 250 -1 stop compensation
f11 1/60s ISO250 -0.3 stop compensation
Father Christmas also brought us PS Elements 11; I've not had much chance to look at it yet - work really gets in the way of things, doesn't it?....

Do you know what "Magog" means. Over here it is an African word for an OLD WOMAN.

Andre, the Gog Magog Downs are a small range of hills just to the south of Cambridge. The village in which I live is at the foot of the hills.
