I thought I saw a putty cat; I did they are everywhere. I haven't got a cat but dozens live on my garden and I photographed one once and its owner complained. Should have got it to sign a model release form.

What was the reason?Are they going to need to buy the kitty a wig,ballcap and sunglasses so it will go outside now?

Beats me, they were generally unhappy so I pointed out it was on my garden stalking me.
