    I think I would try cropping the first one slightly tighter on the right, and lose a similar amount from the bottom to retain the same image ratio.

    Also clone out what remained of that light coloured object in the top right corner.

    Everything else looks ideal to me.

    Allen... I suspect that you are a tall man. I am also over six feet tall and will frequently shoot down at people,. especially when using an eye level viewfinder. Actually, my people photos were a bit better when I used a Rolleiflex or a Hasselblad with a waist-level viewfinder. That put the camera in a lower position for more natural looking shots. My high shooting point is more evident when using a wider focal length and shooting from relatively close.

    With an eye level viewfinder, I try consciously to squat a bit lower or to shoot from a greater distance with a longer focal length lens. Therefore my favorite people lens has become the 70-200mm f/4L IS which I will use whenever I have enough space...

    Hi Allen,

    I think more can be done, I hope you don't mind, but I had a go at the first;

    Original, downsized only for comparison;

    My edit is without the crop suggested by Geoff, to allow comparison;

    Toned down the car top right (could be part cropped off and rest cloned out ideally)
    Cloned out the bench behind her head
    Cloned out the tree beside/behind her right hand
    Cloned out the light patch of grass on left edge of frame
    Cloned out the pale round moss spot beside her
    A couple of other toning or clonings on small items I'd find hard to describe
    Levels adjustments
    Local Contrast Enhance (USM 20% at 250px)
    Downsized (to 700px tall) and sharpened (USM 0.3px 80% 0 th)
    Blurred the foreground paving blocks and clover flowers

    By giving both at same size, it'll allow you to go back and forth between them in Lytebox to appreciate the significance of quite minor edits on the overall picure - how the removal of minor distractions helps concentrate the viewer's attention on the subject.

    Hope it helps, but do ask if you need more information,
