When I'm taking head shots I like to get all of the head and face in the shot, did you crop this if so it's crop too much on left. The other thing is the reflection of the light on her sun glasses, the right lens, a bit distracting for me and this could have been avoided. Over all not bad.

Reflections on glasses are a very common problem, Matthew, and often difficult to avoid.
Something which has happened to me on many occasions. But occasionally the right reflection can actually look interesting.
A bit of correction can be made during editing but it is often impossible to easily change.
