    In His Morning Glory

This is such a fantastic dog, I felt the need to share him. Taken on a recent early morning romp in the fields.

He's a lovely animal. I love the "goldenness" of your shot, from the dog's coat, to the background grass, to the golden sun. The vignette is very effective. Looks like a published calendar page.

    Thanks, Wendy, Griddi, and Ruby

I've been around dogs for about 50 years, and this is the most exceptional animal I've ever been around. He accompanies me on most of my photography outings, and somehow on his own learned that if I set up a tripod or bring a camera to my eye that he automatically gets behind me and waits till I tell him I'm done. so much so that it is hard to keep him in front of the camera to get a shot of him

What a beautiful fella, the coloring is stunning..... Ok where are the stickers and weeds... seems like it wasn't all that long ago you were in the dog house. I think there was another pup involved in that one:> I just love dog shots.. and this is a keeper.. I would print it and frame it.
