| New CiC Techniques Page & Articles
There's now a completely new page: photography techniques. Several of the tutorials have also moved over here. There's also two new articles to accompany the new page:
If you have any feedback on the above two articles please let me know. This includes things I may have left out, things that are unclear, or typos and other mistakes. Stay tuned for more updates to this page in the coming weeks... Note: The old techniques page is now gone. It was a relic from the early days of this website (when the only other thing was a gallery). It's exciting that things have come so far since then. Most of its original content has now been combined into a single page: new photography possibilities with digital. EDIT: Several troubleshooting replies have now been removed. Many thanks to Will (wjh31) & Dave for the bug fixes! These should all now be fixed when you refresh the browser. Last edited by McQ; 3rd October 2009 at 09:11 AM. Reason: fixed bugs |

Hi Sean, When in forums, the menu bar is different; with no Techniques access (yet). Cheers, Last edited by McQ; 2nd October 2009 at 10:02 PM. Reason: fixed the other two bugs from your post |

Hi Sean, When you're in any of the 'article' pages, either a Technique or a Tutorial, there is almost* no clue of the 'parent' page. Perhaps the parent menu item should be highlighted in some way (bold?), or a crumbtrail provided? * I do see the little "Back to" link at the bottom. |

I need to overhaul the navigation system a bit -- perhaps giving it a tab for the current page, or something similar. In the meantime, I can implement a breadcrumb at the top of each page... | |
