    Bored on Sunday night...again

Yep, I am bored. Thought I would stick with the flash light but this time place the light below the subject pointing up through it. I think it needs some more play time.

    C&C needed please.

I really think I should have had a full bottle for this shot but I kinda liked where the level was in perspective to the back label (and the fact that a full bottle was not to be found anywhere)

I like the results when you get bored, Jon. The third one works best for me but I would like it more without the blue light at the bottom. What created that color?

Looking forward to refinements of the concept!

Mike, thanks for taking the time to comment. I think the blue light is a reflection from underneath, it was in all the Celtic shots. I will play with the setup with a little more caution next time.

I certainly can't provide any C&C because I've never tried this type of studio shot, but I can tell you I like the colors created in the first one. I also like the bottle so I'll have to go in search of it - for my husband, of course.

    A very interesting experiment.

As you say, a little more time could be spent in getting the lighting absolutely perfect, or a little cloning on a few hot spot problems. But these are looking good as they are.

Thanks Geoff. As you stated, I need to take more time with the set-up...mainly because I do very limited PP so I have to get it as close to what I see in my head. Limited PP is not due to lack of knowledge (kinda), I just need to get off my wallet and purchase one.
