I might suggest fixing the perspective distortion so that the building are not leaning over... A slightly tighter crop might also be beneficial...

Here's the Tighter version Richard. I tried to fix the distortion but it was a little harder and the cropping just kinda took it away anyways

Good to see you posting images again. The colour in this is wonderful.

Like Richard, I think it might be strengthened by perspective correction. Very often an image of a building can carry some perspective distortion and indeed some pursue that for artistic reasons. But maybe this one just has too much that it needs some re-balance.
