    Night Beach Scene

Here's an image I took tonight that I like but I always get confused in Photoshop and spend too much time playing with the image. I posted the original image (which I think might of saved the edits I made in the RAW editor because I don't remember the posts and rope being that bright) and my edited image which are not too different so I am confused that I spent an hour playing with it but I'm lame at photoshop. Comments welcome or feel free to try your own edits.

I think, Roger, my only real edit would be to crop tighter at the bottom and right side. Possibly so the rope on the right finishes at it's lowest point.

Consider applying a small amount of Noise Reduction to the sky to make a smoother transition between the natural and artificial light there (not because of any noise). You could also try using Gaussian Blur but I generally prefer using Noise Reduction in similar situations.
