    Siblings

    Recently started portrait making.I think this is the most dificult form of photography.I have gone through great lessions of Mr.Collins but could not follow his instructions thoroughly.Here is one from my recent shoot.C&C are welcome.Siblings

    Oh, this is lovely. The boy's smile and the EYES of the little girl. A little off-center maybe --crop the dead space to the left?

    I love how they have their arms around each other!

    Fantastic expressions.

    Perhaps a good lesson that can be learnt from this one is that many great shots can at times be affected by not considering the affect of the background on them before pressing the shutter.

    I am beginning to think that with children and animals the only thing that truly matters in a photo is the eyes. Maybe the whole face, but definitely the eyes. I know I so charmed I don't look at anything else.

    Thanks. Sometimes one has to accept background as it is because its very difficult to tell small children for posing. Post production may be an ideal solution for that case.

    Lovely happy smiles. One picture which will be a super reminder of how lovely they were at this age. I would crop it to the left from the left of the little girl's fingers and on the right to take out the fingers of the restraining adult hand. There isn't much background left then.
