Trying to get the 'stripes' of the coast. Taken on a wet day.

What do you think it would be like if you made a fairly hefty crop on the bottom, so that the 'stripes' had more uniformity in their width? I suggest that the top half of the image gets a bit lost because there is so much of the same 'strip' in the bottom half.

i disagree. the top stripe is pretty broad and adds balance to the bottom stripe...plus to me, it is almost a fibinachi effect with the striping which by law, would make it pleasing. :)

Thank you both for your comments - it's good to see healthy debate, it is all in the eye of the beholder.
