I am bumping this as I notice other people are doing so tonight (deeply unethical)

However.. I sail in the morning to a place way beyond t' internet so...get your comments in afore the Westerly wind takes me off for a while.

    Re: Twirling

I love the colors, composition and background. I long for more depth of field, not for the flower (perhaps they're seed pods or fruit?) but for the stems or vines or whatever they are. I'd like all of those thingies to be in focus. My second choice would be for them to be equally out of focus.

    Have a GREAT trip!

I find it rather "off" for some reason that is difficult to describe. Perhaps it is the mottled background and that seems not to interact too well with the secondary out of focus bits. In a sense it probably works as my eyes go straight to the mid background, then the background and finally to the "fruit".

Give the photogs who like to brag about their long glass a piece of my mind.
