    Stormy Morning On Clearwater Beach

    Hello All,
I had planned to get up this morning and get out for some sun rise pictures, but as you can see Mother Nature had different plans. I’m glad I made myself go ahead and go even though the weather was quite bad. I think I got a couple of pictures that I like and the trip out wasn’t a bust after all.

Thanks for looking, comment if you like,
    Rob

Wow, very nice shots! What are specs as the water seems to be glowing in 1 of them!
Am from Clearwater, but out west right now...beautiful spot.

    Thanks PhotoRob and Nancy,
The first picture had a 13 second exp. and the others are between 2-3 seconds. The blue was set with the WB.
The first was taken with an 18-55mm Pentax kit lens and the beach ones were taken with a 70-200 f2.8 Tamron.
    Thanks for viewing.

Thank you for the spec info. I am new to this, but by 'setting white balance' you mentioned ....the photos seem like they were taken in short amou t of time, bases on the people in it (?). So how do you fool with the white balance, just changing it before photo on my menu, or in PP? Obviously haven't gotten that far with experimenting....
    Nikon7000 as of May 1.
    Again, beautiful shots,
    Thank you. Nancy
