I dont usually post in this category as portraits are not my go. However I thought I would share this pic taken in a creperie in Quebec city. It was just an impromptu shot but I was struck by the contrast between the young lady in the "olde world" clothes and the wireless EFTPOS machine. Her clothing was brightly coloured but I thought the shot worked best in B&W.
Oh and the crepes were delicious !

Dave....
I really like he photo and I am wondering what is in the mind of the customer...the poster behind her is like her higher angel and her expression is dealing with the daily mundane. I am thinking that she did have a good meal and just is a little put off by the credit machine....and I like it in black and white
