    The clouds make the shot.

    Hi,
Amazing how often you see the same location, and then the sky changes and everything just looks so cool.
Thanks to photography, I now see more than I used to.
Couple of pics from a short trip earlier today.
I know, I know, get back when the light is softer, earlier in the day. I struck when I was there and got what I got. Pretty happy with them for now. Seeking better ones , as always.
Apart from time of day, critique and comments welcome.

    1. Sun, sea, sand, sky (and a pier, couldn't think of an S).

    2. More of the same (bored yet?)
    The clouds make the shot.

    3. Last one from here (you can see the pier from 1 in the background).

    4. Onto the bar, and outside was ...

Nice set of images Graham, 1 and 2 work particularly well I think. The clouds do indeed make these shots.

All nice pictures, being a pier guy from way back number one has to be my favourite.

    Colin.
In that case Coin, here's one I did earlier a bit further along the shore.
I titled it 'Piering at the sky'.
I love the texture of the rocks, I've never seen anything like it, most other rocks are so much smoother, these would rip you to shreds if you fell.

As you say, Graham, a good sky makes all the difference.
