    Pyrenees

Sorting the photo's of my Holiday in France I found these:
They are all from the France Pyrenees near the village of Camurac.
The views over there were stunning.

    #1 Rainy evening
    Pyrenees
    1/800 F5 ISO 100

    #2 reliëf
    Pyrenees
    1/800 F7.1 ISO 160

    #3 Cemetery in the mist
    Pyrenees
    1/800 F4.5 ISO 200

I'm curious what you guys think of it. Comments are very welcome.

    Re: Pyrenees

Jeroen, I like all three images. The lighting in # 1 is dramatic (I see some white specks in the foreground and just above the trees--not sure what that is.) I like the composition in # 2 with the receding hills with increasing haze giving a lot of depth. # 3 has nice atmosphere; the clouds accentuate the mood of the subject.

I had to look at these when I saw the title. My wife's ancestors moved to the US from this area of France--their name was Des Spaine (various spellings, but I understand it meant from the Spanish border region of France.) They were Hugenots.

    Joe
The white speckels in #1 are raindrops. It was a raining evening and that's what the clouds were for
I can see what an awesome area to live in it is.
