Two great shots. Like the contrast with the background in #1 which seems to bring our the main subject and which drew my straight to it. To nit pick, how do you reckon it would go if maybe you burned the perch branch in #1 to tone it down a bit? Just a suggestion, not a criticism. Oh yes. One last thing. I always thought it was "tit meece,"

Ken, you have an observant eye, I agree the branch in the first image is to bright and should be burned. I will burn it and try to replace the image in this thread. Thanks

Both good shots Rollin. I like #1 because it has more contrast and shows that lovely shallow depth of field.
