I saw the last 2 posts regarding Rob Carregwen's photoshop action file download link and decided to try it out myself. The link is still active. All you have to do is to be careful to click the "free download" link with the timer on it. Do not try to click the ones that says direct download or high speed download now. It will just ask you to pay for the upload server services. That's the way these new websites confuses the person interested on the linked file so they can be lured to pay for what they want. Just click on the "free download" link. Wait for the timer to expire (60 seconds I think) and it will start downloading the action file for you for free. Hope this helps.

OK, perhaps not the stupiest guy - it was the most dubious web user interface I've seen for years.
