    Hi randy,

It is a very interesting plant and one I have not seen one before. it has a nice shape but the image doesn't have much contrast.

Does it have a culinary use as its name Suggests?

No culinary value that I am aware of, Plants of the mustard family are fairly common in the Prairie, where there is disturbed soil from rodents. In this case, a pocket gopher mound. In regards to sharpness, I am still trying to come to terms with sharpening; I have been wading through Martin Evening's book re: CS4, only to discover that he chooses not to discuss Unsharp mask
