I think there are two photos within this one that might be worth considering. The problem that I see is two competing areas tugging at my eyes - the bright behind the buildings and bright area under the bridge. For the first sub-image, consider cropping off the right side a the point where the walkway along the river ends. That should give you a beautiful view of the city. For the second image, consider cropping off the left side. Set the left edge at the green traffic light (which looks blue not green) so you get part of the midsize building in the image. That should give you a beautiful view of the river and bridge. Both images will have the rich colors that you captured. My two cents worth...
