    An accidental self portrait

    A few days ago I took some cut lilies outside to use for some natural light macros. Of course, in no time at all, they had attracted every hoverfly for miles around I managed some shots I was pleased with and I liked the one I'm posting here for the soft, pink background.

    However, I was stunned when I looked at it @ 100%

    Love how sharp the little bug is!!!!! Seeing this really is pushing me towards investing in a macro lens even more!
