After I've been on the site for awhile, if I try to comment, a pop-up comes up for me to register. Then we go through a loop, I sign in again, then the register page comes up again and again. Am I doing something wrong?

What browser are you using, kookeer?
Hi Kookeer,
Sorry to hear that, I've not heard of that problem before.
One thought that occurs to me is that you need to have Cookies enabled on the browser.
As Mark asked, which one are you using?
A couple of other questions;
Are you on dial up access rather than ADSL?
If ADSL, I wonder if it's dynamic IP address issue?
However, for either of these, I'd have thought others would have had the same problems.
Regards,
This part is normal. After a threshold time of inactivity expires, one is presented with a page that allows them to register or log back into their account (at the bottom). The current inactivity timer is set to 60 minutes.
This is odd. Make sure cookies are enabled and accepted from this web address. If that does not fix things, then a workaround would be re-enter the website and login through the form on the very top right of the forums home page (and every other page).
Just for by troubleshooting, which operating system and browser version are you using? Is this register form the one that includes a graphic of my signature at the bottom? Thanks.
I use XP Pro, and I prefer Firefox. I didn't notice the bottom of the form, I just logged in and then I logged in at the top and the page kept coming up. I don't think I have ever been inactive more than 60 minutes. I do have cookies enabled. Sometimes I just close the site and open it again.
Thanx for your help.
This problem should now be fixed. I believe it was caused by the cambridgeincolor.com not redirecting to the cambridgeicolour.com domain within the forums subdirectory (even though redirection occurs for the rest of this website). If anyone else notices logon issues please let me know.
