Old Sunpak Auto Zoom 3000 Flash user manual

Hi, I've just started to do 35mm film photography and got an old Sunpak Auto Zoom 3000 flash as a gift. I have been looking for information on it or a user manual all over the internet without success so far. I even contacted Sunpak by mail, and after warning me not to use it in modern cameras (a non issue as i will use with a Pentax ME Super), they explained they only had it in Japanese.

Is there anyone here who has or had one that could help me understand it, or anyone knows a link to an online copy of the user manual?

As far as I know there were 2 revisions of the Autozoom 3000. They had slightly different aperture choice and distance ranges in auto mode. If the dial illuminates continuously then this is the correct manual:

If you need to press a button at the bottom right of dial to illuminate it then this is the manual you need: http://www.cameramanuals.org/flashes...sunpak_411.pdf

411 is the USA designation of the Autozoom 3000. Sunpak often made revisions to their flash models.
