    Old and Crusty

At work with my camera in hand (don't tell my boss) in the basement of an old grocery store - opened in the late 1950's and closed in 2009. The more you look around, the more things grab my attention.
This old boiler is one such item that grabbed me today.

    and the incinerator also...

I am not real happy with the incinerator...I need to focus on the door and not the rust blob just to the left of it.

There is also an old coffee grinder, about 14' tall, in the basement also. That will have to be the next visit.

    C&C always welcome.

    Jon,
I used to work with two old boilers like this. One run on heavy gas oil and the other was converted to gas, your picture brings back some happy memory's.
If you have any more please post would love to see them.
    P.S. I won't tell your boss.

John, I only took the one shot of the boiler, but rest assured, I will return for some more.

Cleaned up a little bit...I still like the first one with the noise for some odd reason.
