Dave: This pic was shot in sunlight, and when I converted to b/w I experimented with the b/w controls until I achieved this effect.
I like pictures that tend to be subdued as opposed to all color. I change a lot of my outdoor pics to sepia. Bruce

    Hi Bruce,

I asked because I am puzzled my the significant pixelated noise and banding in the sky/clouds, was that intentional?

Post the original Bruce. I'm with Dave, confused with all the noise in the photo.
    Is that what you intended.

I like the effect. The pixelation was not what I expected when I edited the photo. Bruce

    Hi Bruce,

Would it help you to find out how that happened?
You'd need to run through your processing workflow for us right from the point of opening the RAW (or jpg)

I'm not a LR user, but it may become obvious how it happened - or a LR user may be able to advise.

    Cheers,
