I had the opportunity to play with a 100mmL lens and found, then saved this wasp from a watery grave. This gave me a chance to take my time while its wings were too wet to fly away. I never thought taking pictures of insects could be this rewarding! Looks like it is eating something as well. C&C Welcome.

Yes, photographing insects from close by can be fun indeed. A good macro lens is ideal for these photos.
