I'm sitting here slaving away at work (quick jump across to CiC to see what's happening) waiting for Friday evening to arrive. It ain't going to look like that though, with all the rain that's falling at the moment.

I'd be tempted to clone out those two bouys that are bobbing on the surface behind the right hand boat and just above the other one.

Thanks Donald, I considered that so its good to see it caught your eye, not just mine. I will take your advice. Sorry for having a nicer sunset here in the tropics.

While I was at it I thought I would sink the other boat too, what do you think?

    Hi Wayne,

Normally I'd advise against two of anything and against things going out of frame

However, I do think this really works, the clouds in the sky and the wake somehow balance things.

Being super-duper-hyper pedantic, it might benefit from a tiny amount of counter clockwise rotation to level the horizon.

    Cheers,

Hi Sahil, I can see why you would say that but its just the colours we get here. There is a lot of burning off of the dry grass which gives us a haze of smoke. Some city's get the same effect with pollution as we get from the burn off. No need to touch the saturation.

    Hi Wayne,
I perfer the 'cloned' up-dated shot.
Dave is correct about a slight correction of the Horizon, but still a great shot.
Well done and thanks for sharing.

Thanks Dave, I thought I had covered that but this is the corrected version. I think it works because small yatchs don't sail off into the sunset, they come back to shore for a cold Friday evening beer. Friday Evening
