    Ghost Tunnel

    Hey all,

Here's two of the same shot, one b+w and one color. Not sure which works better. I'm leaning toward the black and white.

I agree with you except the detail in the car and trees is not so clear in the B&W and perhaps an edit to simplify that area is what is needed.

I think coloured tree and the car are drawing viewer's attention in an otherwise monochromatic surrounding. So i will vote for the first one.

Defintiely the B&W for me. The strong burst of several colors within the tunnel is just a magnet for the line of sight set up by the walk into the tunnel, and it's tough to pull my eyes away from it. It overwhelms an otherwise very interersting treatment of the pedestrians

thanks for responding everyone. I agree that the colors in the tunnel are a little distracting. The main reason I lean toward the black and white is the "ghosts" look better to my eye.

I like the color version better, though I admit I am biased!
In this color photo, the bright color around the tunnel keep me focused on the tunnel. In the B&W, my eyes just keep wandering.
