    John,

This is an interesting image! Of course, I like fishing and seeing different areas.

I realize that the walls and buildings at the top of the image give a certain geographical feeling to the image but, I do like it a bit cropped off the top, say a bit below the cluster of houses at the top.

Wow! That's a long pole that the fisherman is using!

I tried to recrop this as for me there seems too much going on and no real focal point. I failed to improve it! However, I did get an interesting variation applying a quick LOMOish type effect. Not better, just different...

    Have a guess :)

How about this as an alternative edit?

"Gone Fishing on a lazy afternoon"

PS: How's this for a co-incidence ... I uploaded the pic via TInyPic, but from the actual TinyPic website. The website makes you enter 2 words to ensure I'm a human and not a robot ... and the two words it made me enter were "gone fishing"!

    Richard /Peter / Colin,
Many thanks for all your feed back.
From Colin's edit, I can see he agree's with you Richard about cropping the top of the Picture, I must say I also think it looks better. The colour adjustment is also much better.
Peter, I agree the effect you applied certainly gave the picture a completely different feel.

Thank you all for your comments and for taking the time to do the edits.
