Nothing fancy, just a bench. The only reason it is posted is that there seems to be something strange about it.
Every time I look at it it appears to create a sense of motion sickness or of becoming slightly light-headed.
Do you get the same?

My suspicion is that the background is just close enough to focus that the eye of the viewer keeps trying to bring it in to focus and of course cannot. The lines of the bench and river direct the eye into the out of focus area. The bland sky is light and attracts the viewer's eye as well, with no reward so the viewer starts to search about in that area with no reward except the maddeningly close to focus trees.

Yes Bobo, it's something about those textures and angles. If I cover up the background and just look at the bench there appears to be a bit of movement.
There are a number of cleverly created optical illusions which create a similar effect.
