Well ventilated, airy,slightly used home with excellent view of aurora borealis and stars most evenings. Naturalist owner will enjoy the close proximity to wildlife (packrats,bats,wasps and sparrows). No need for additional venting for woodsmoke, although two existing chimneys are installed. Minimal upkeep needed: no one could tell the difference. Made from all natural materials and well on the way to being recycled so owner will avoid this expense. Act now as this home will definitely not last long

Hmmmm... any chance it has had a recent termite inspection? You know how fussy the banks are getting about giving out mortgages.

I suspect it has been inspected by termites recently and found to be quite tasty. Would this be adequate?

Paul; Good point. This is a close crop from a wider view; with the intent of honing in on the edifice (house may be too loose a term for this). Maybe tomorrow I will post the full thing for your opinion as it is on another computer then the one I am on now.

Detail of roof and chimneys. The way the aspen wood boards weather with deep erosion along the grain is interesting to me as texture

I definitely prefer the original wider version, Trevor; although I think you might get away with a little crop to the right edge. I say the right side as, for me, the building is 'looking' to the left so a little more space there appears more natural.
