You seem to have picked up and pasted the 'HTML for Websites' link as opposed to the 'IMG code for Forums and Message Boards' link information from the TinyPics site. That's why we're not seeing the image.

I don't think it's anything to do with CiC. You would have to copy the correct link information to post into your message no matter which forum you were on.
