Hi Jeff. The composition is pleasing but has an 'odd' feel to it. The sky looks like early morning or evening but the shadow on the doorway looks like it is mid-day? When you say '2 shot' do you mean two completely different images blended together? Perhaps there is other lighting that is throwing my eye.

Thanks for the response - the patio light was on, illuminating the foreground, the image was taken before sunrise, hence the soft light in the background. Many thanks for the response
