So, I took some pictures of our aloes, and of the first rose that's coming out.
It's definitely Spring weather in Texas - today we had a high of 82
Just had to have a little play with the background.
I tried to clone out the hint of the leaf in the lower left corner, but got it all messed up, so I left it.
Starting to open up:
When the aloe flower petals open up, they look like mini-bananas.
Once they're bloomed out, the stalks turn woodsy and ugly.
