    Ok Rick,
I'm no expert, but from my journeyman perspective, the b&w version you posted is best - assuming this is a photo of the woman, and not the scarf
The vivid colors and pattern of the scarf distract from the woman.
Do you like the way the shadows are on the woman's face? Depending on the intent of the photo, I might prefer a little less contrast myself.
Technically I like the photo - sharp and good exposure, and I like the catchlight in her eyes.

So long as the scarf isn't the primary object, the B&W version is way the best. The blue tint seems a bit sinister and the colour one seems a bit bland. Just an opinion of course!

The full colour version for me, Rick.
I feel the eye sockets look too imbalanced (with one too dark and distracting) in the mono versions.
The full colour version is more forgiving in this repect.

I thought I like the colour in the smaller version but when posted in a larger version I prefer the B&W. I think with the colour version, because the scarf is the same colour as your model's eyes, it stops her eyes from really standing out and drawing your attention to her.

One suggestion though - I'd suggest a slight clockwise rotation as I think her eyes and the line of the scarf aren't quite horizontal.
