    Good shot of great bird, but you have found the problem that is on almost every lake - too much going on in the background. I have never managed to solve it.

    You could try cropping but it would take some heavy cloning to remove the others.

    Still, lovely light through the wings.

    You are right. My computer decided "not to respond" when I was trying to post the photo first time round. So I uploaded it again without realising it was already up there. If this happens again I will check the website before uploading a second time.

    The scene is a bit crowded but I love the back lighting on the wings! Good capture.

    Nice bird! It looks somewhat "proud". The backlit wings are soooo great. Beautyful shoot. I would like to have taken this picture myself. Do You have more of similar pictures?
