You need to set a better black point in your images. I went through each one and could not find anything close to a pure black. I did a reset on a curves layer on this image and added a technique you can find on here called the Jiro Effect to give more depth to the bricks. I also did an output sharpen and reduced the size to 800 since that's what tinypix is going to do anyway.

Here is an Edit on #3 cloned out the black and the tree at the bottom of the left side. I think it makes it a little better to look at.

#1 is most impressive for me. The reflections detail is redicilous! They must have one heck of a window wash crew. I can't see one smudge LOL
