    Thomas and Friends

Hey all I have not posted in quite a bit but I wanted to share some fun shots.

I made a train set for my 2 year old for Xmas. I had fun building it but I wanted to shoot it before he goes crazy on it. I just used a 50mm and a bounce flash. I then did a quick edit on a .99 cent app on my iPad (also on iPhone) called Photo Toaster. (I recomend the app it's like a mini lightroom. very impressive.)

    Comments welcome... Happy Holidays!

Some great shots there. I love modeling shot. I shoot my friends extensive RR set every time he makes changes. I use my 50mm f/1.4 and my 25mm extension tube for some really life like close ups.

Thanks everyone! @ Donald I experimented quickly with my flash. I found my best solution was to shoot at 1/60 with my sb400 speed light on camera. The table was about 5 feet from the ceiling that is made up of those white drop down ceiling tiles so i bounced the light around a 45 - 90 degree angle (depending on how close I was) oh and I found it very useful to make sure the zoom feature was off on the flash.
