    Water Under the Bridge

Is it an art shot, a snapshot, an abstract, or...?

You have to be lucky with these. I've been shooting them for several years, and I only have a handful that are any good. marinas are pretty good with reflected apartment buildings and boats. You really need to do some serious slider stuff in RAW edit to make them stand out. I think this is about the best that I have done http://www.robmarshall.net/Images/La...JchKZ-XL-2.jpg

It also helps to rotate them 180 deg.

Unfortunately, with this one not just being a reflection, the 180 rotation doesn't do anything other than confuse the stew out the viewer. It was a fun shot to try to get both the foreground object and water in good focus, and in that, I think I did pretty well.
