Good stuff, James.
I'm not so keen on the first one, just because the position of the wings doesn't show the bird off so well.
But the other two - they really do show it off to best advantage. The focus and the exposure are spot-on.

The first one, James, is a classic shot of the end of the wing stroke and is far more difficult to obtain that the 'standard' wings open shots.
I suspect that cropping the top will help to concentrate more on the bird. I would remove at least a quarter of the top area, and whatever is needed from the sides to achieve a suitable length/height ratio.
Exposure is good for these difficult shots.
