Lovely capture of the flowers. But, could you have got into a different position, so that you didn't have the two-tone background, especially with the line cutting through the top of the flowers?

Hi Ken, nice color and detail. As you can't see the flower's stems, you might want to experiment with making the background much darker so that the tone difference isn't noticeable.
