i think the award for capturing the most boring expression from a very young lovely girl....on a very happy occasion like marriage should go to mr.antonio:D the young girl has the expression of "come on now...take your pic and leave, pl" ....... happy occasions demand happy lively pics.
:D She was behaving very well. We had been seated for some hours, eating and talking.
May be, as you say, this is not the best picture for a happy occasion. No it is not.
I don't have many others as I didn't want to bother the professional working around.
:D
But do you like the bounced flash ?
My wife says I am flash maniac :D:D:D
Got two of them. 430 and 580 !
I'm a huge fan of candid photos such as these. In a perfect world every wedding shot might consist of nothing but huge happy grins. If it weren't for the title, though, I wouldn't have known the shot was taken at a wedding. The young lady appears relaxed, perhaps a bit tired. Maybe somewhat disinterested in the remainder of the event, however her attempt at a smile shows she is a cooperative sort and her maturity is revealed in this picture.
Thank you for commenting.:)
Here I post another photo shot, at night. I was using again the ST-E2 and I was holding the 580 on my left hand. I had however another difficulty and the photo is not that good: the mirror.
I was using ETTL and this way the camera/flash reads the light coming from the mirror.
But I got this happy shot abit too yellow may be.:D
I always shoot raw and I must learn to work better with it.
They spent their honey moon in Jamaica and NYC:D
well well! after seeing this lovely warm pic of the couple, cutting the cake is very good....except for the distracting background :)maybe a tighter composition of the couple would have created a warmer pic:rolleyes:
Two comments: the slight smirk on the young girl is awesome, and the cake looks delicious! :D
