The very first thing that hit me were the bright spots on the vehicles in the background. I would suggest that they definitely need to be removed. Then, I think, you have the basis for a very good image.

I also think that cropping out the very bright area over the vehicles and bringing up the brightness of the subject (but not of the whole image), perhaps by using a layer mask, might be beneficial.

Once again, Donald and Richard have already put my thoughts into words.

If able to shoot again, I would have lowered the ISO and had a slower shutter speed. But I doubt it would make that much difference.

thanks for your feedback, that was helpful for me - I have reduced the brightness of the background (and attached the update)...on lowering the brightness of the spots I will need to work out how to do that...but it's weekend... I'm confident to get it done
