lol sorry not me.
I think McQ has one of them babes.
I am happy with my tiny SD1000 when I don't want to carry any gear. It stays on me wherever I go.
Your photo is stunning by the way!
Here's one taken last fall in California when I was comparing usability with the Canon G9 to an SLR:
The camera did quite well. It's surely fun to use, which should count for more than it often does these days.
great picture but it's so pale
I guess that's the idea... that looks like a sunrise with the morning mist beeing illuminated by the sun. The atmosphere is really nice I should say. The camera did a good job indeed.
Now say "-That was a dusk, the mist is just flare, and there's no sun but a giant reflector" and I go and burn my camera, my negative archiver and my hard disk :D
Canon G9 shots.
Macro mode.

Love my G9. I don't know if this is my best photo, but it's one I like. Picking a "best" is a bit intimidating. This was found on the side of a work truck.

SRai don't get intimidated ! Ever ! :)
Don't care. Post your photos. The photos you think are good, you post them.
I thank you for kipping this thread at the top and alive.:D
Then receive the critics that will make you grow (in photography of course :))
I think your picture lacks sharpness. Others, better and kinder than me - not so rude - can give you stronger and wiser advice.:)
You know what ? I use Lightroom and I love it. ;)
What do you have to say to this picture of mines shot with the G9 - obviously - with EXIF embedded.
and what about this one ?
I see what you mean. Your pics are much clearer.
OK, I took the image and applied curves and it helped. Also, here's another image that seems not to have that problem. How do I do this fix "in" the camera instead of in pp? Is it possible?
